Welcome to OFF 'N RUNNING

Yoga for Runners

Join us for a weekly yoga class specifically designed for the runner and athlete. The primary focus will be on poses and breathing techniques to make you a fitter, stronger and more efficient runner.

Time: 7:15pm—8:30pm, Monday evenings
Where: Off N Running Sports, 2201 Joan Avenue
Dates: January 5, 2009 through March 30, 2009 (12 classes, no class February 16)
Price: $99 classes only (you must provide your own yoga mat and yoga strap/towel) or $125 classes + yoga mat and strap

Donate Dog Food at Greensboro Gobbler
If you are running the Greensboro Gobbler please bring canned or soft dog food to the race. We will have collection boxes to donate to the Guilford Animal Shelter.

FOX8 Gifts for Kids Drop Off
OFF'N RUNNING is collecting toys for the FOX8 Gifts for Kids. Among suggested gift ideas are:

Infants: Clothes, plush toys, sleepers, developmental toys, & diapers.
Toddlers – 5 years: Dolls, trucks, educational toys, riding toys, tricycles, books, & blocks.
6 – 11 years: Bikes (with helmets), scooters, Legos, action figures, remote control cars, footballs, basketballs, Barbies, craft kits, hand-held games, & board games.
12 – 18 years: Personal CD players, jewelry, watches, cameras, make-up, cologne, bath & body items, gift certificates, video games, backpacks, and purses.

Shoe Donations
Ever wonder what to do with your old running shoes? OFF'N RUNNING is proud to be drop-off location for Sole4Souls. Your shoes can help make a difference in the life of someone less fortunate. This year we have collected over 300 pairs of shoes and we would like to double that in the last 2 months of the year. So next time you are in the neighborhood, please consider dropping off your old shoes.
