Mon - Beginner's Run/Walk
A 30 minute mix of jogging and walking for the new runners.
Meet at 6:00 PM at OFF'N RUNNING
Tues - Intervals 6:15 PM
All paces welcome. Location: Greensboro Day School
Wed - Trail Runs 6:15 PM
All paces welcome. Distances vary. Different trail every
week. Check schedule for location.

Friday - 9:30 AM
High School group run. All high school runners (all
abilities). Run meets at OFF'N RUNNING all summer.
Saturdays, 7:30 AM
10+/- miles @ 9-minute pace. Typically meets at the Spencer Love Tennis Center
